The Mayor and Commissioners met for a workshop
May 7. All Commissioners were present except for
Commissioner Hunker. The following items were discussed:
- A presentation was given on the Parkmobile pay by phone credit card meter payment system that will be used by the City this summer. Come Join in Community Planting Days in Rehoboth Beach ***UPDATE MAY 8****
UPDATE ON MAY 9 Planting from Comissioner Zellers:
In view of tomorrow's 60% chance of rain with thundershowers, Envirotech did not want to take a chance on mixing soil and planting tomorrow.
That being said, the decision was made to postpone everything until Thursday.
As before, excavation will start at 8:00 a.m. and the site should be ready for any volunteers who want to help install the plantings after lunch.
