Dewey Beach — The Dewey Beach way of life just got a little quieter. Dewey Beach Town Council narrowly passed an ordinance to limit noise. Effective immediately, the town will enforce a maximum sound level of 70 decibels from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and 60 decibels from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
