around the Citys lakes.

A. Permit of Compliance request by John Tekmen of Goker LLC, to operate a new
restaurant to be known as Semras Mediterranean Grill pursuant to the City of
Rehoboth Beach Municipal Code, Chapter 215. The restaurant will be located at
19 Rehoboth Avenue.

A. Consider adoption of an ordinance that would regulate the use and parking of
motorized scooters and mopeds including the setting of the fee for a Motor Scooter
Parking Permit.
12. New Business
A. Consider adoption of a revised Freedom of Information Act Policy for the City.
B. Consider adoption of an ordinance to add a new Chapter 55 to the City Code related
to setting the fees for providing copies of City records requested under the Freedom
of Information Act.
C. Consider adoption of an ordinance to amend Section 46-17 of the City Code related
to clarifying the holidays observed by the City and to change the day that in certain
circumstances is observed as a holiday as it relates to the compensation for the Citys
911 Center dispatchers.
D. Report and discussion on household hazardous waste collection programs in
Delaware and Rehoboth Beach Commissioner Mills.
